on August 24-25,2010. The topic is " Public Partipation in Air Quality Investigation by Using Lichen as an Indicator "
Department of Public Health,Konkaen U. corporated to World Health Organization-WHO,Mekong River Commission-MRC,The Commonwealth
Scientific and Industrial Research Organization-CSIRO,Stockholm Environment Institute-SEI,World Wild Fund for Nature-WWF and The International Union for Conservation of Nature-IUCN held the symposium in the theme of "
Livelihood and Health Impacts of the Climate Change : Community Adaptation Strategies".The venue is at Pullman Raja
Hotel,Konkaen province,Thailand.
We participated the ISO17025 Annual Seminar on April2,2010
at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel,Bangkok.In this seminar we met both the counsellor(Dr.Paramee) and the auditor(K.Chanya)
to agree all the corrective action request(CAR).
National Workshop on "Capacity Building on POPs Analysis in Core Media" under Japan SAICM Quick Start Program(QSP) 28-29
January 2010,Maruay Garden Hotel,Bangkok.
The Summary Report is shown below.
The secretariat summarised the key points and recommendations from the workshop for further
actions regarding the development of national capacity for POPs monitoring and analysis as follows:

A technical
working group should be established to strengthen POPs analysis and monitoring network, as well as to conduct assessment of
further capacity building needs.
·
Each
agency should develop the capacity and make efficient use of existing POPs laboratories.
·
Proficiency
testing is required for national laboratories to produce good quality and comparable analytical data.
·
There
should be ongoing coordination and information sharing between relevant agencies, which should inform each other if undertaking
relevant cooperative projects, capacity building activities, seminars and workshops.
On November19-20,2009.Team Leader Consultant(TLC),Dr.Paramee Pengprecha & Khun Pichitra Kerdphol, from Thailand
Insitute of Scientific and Technological Research(TISTR) had visited REO2's laboratory for internal quality assessment.

วิจัยและพัฒนาการตรวจคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อให้ได้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมในการดำเนินงาน และนำมาใช้ได้ภายในท้องถิ่น/ภาคสนาม
3. ให้การฝึกอบรมด้านห้องปฏิบัติการสิ่งแวดล้อมแก่สถานศึกษา
และหน่วยงานต่างๆ
4. ประเมินผลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อรายงานสถานการณ์สิ่งแวดล้อม
5. ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันหรือสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
